SoftPhone Calls Drop After 32sec
On some providers using mobile data, outgoing calls may disconnect after 32 seconds. Since this is a mobile provider issue, we cannot fix this, but have identified a workaround. If you experience this issue, please change your transport settings to TCP as shown below.
To date, we have encountered this only on Bell Canada and their flanker brands (such as Virgin and Lucky).
Open your softphone app and click the four horizontal lines to open the menu.
Click on your username to open your account settings.
Scroll down until you see the "Transport" setting.
Select the TCP transport.
