Thunderbird Reconfiguration
Start by right clicking on your existing email account and select “Settings”
Under Server Settings, ensure you have:
Server Name: email.loyaltyforge.com
Port: 143
Connection Security: STARTTLS
Authentication method: Normal Password
Next, select “Outgoing Server (SMTP) at the end of the accounts list. Select your existing outgoing server, and hit the “Edit” button.
In the SMTP settings, be sure you have:
Server Name: email.loyaltyforge.com
Port: 587
Connection Security: STARTTLS
Authentication method: Normal password
