SPF Records

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) records are a helpful anti-spam tool. They tell email servers which other email servers are authorized to send emails on behalf of a domain name. If you don’t already have an SPF record for your domain, you should, and you will need one in order to send emails with the Loyalty Forge email server. We are happy to assist you in either creating a new SPF record or modifying your existing one.

Already Have an SPF Record

If you already have an existing SPF record, then adding Loyalty Forge to it is as simple as adding “include:loyaltyforge.com”. Contact support@loyaltyforge.com if you would like assistance.

Creating a New SPF Record

To make a new SPF record, you’ll need to know all of the ways that are authorized to send email on behalf of your company’s domain. You’ll need to add your primary email provider’s servers, the Loyalty Forge server, and any other service that sends on behalf of your domain (possibly your point of sale system).
